HighLevel adds a Calendar view settings panel to the unified calendar. Open the more options (⋮) menu next to Manage view and select Calendar view settings. Your choices are saved for the next time you open the calendar.
The panel controls the timezone for calendar screens and appointment emails, the default grid interval (15, 30 or 60 minutes), and greying out non-working hours per staff member. It also hides empty rows and columns and shows buffer time. The timezone setting moved here from Meetings Preferences and Services/Rentals Global Settings and carries over automatically.
Admins get a Staff colors tab. Events can be colored by calendar, service or staff, and the left color strip is wider. Export to PDF or CSV sits in the same menu and keeps the current filters and date range.
Availability, booking rules and what customers see on the booking page do not change.
