Less Annoying CRM now lets admins customize the type labels on phone, email and address fields. Types are the small labels, such as Work or Mobile, that show which number, inbox or address to use.
Admins can add their own types, rename or remove defaults such as Work and Home, and drag them into any order. The list is shared across the team, so everyone labels contact info the same way.
The source gives examples including Spouse, Main line, After hours, Billing and Job site. Removing a type that is already in use prompts users to move those entries to another type, so no entry is left without a label.
To edit the types, go to Settings, then Customize your CRM under Admin settings, and choose Contacts or Companies. Click the phone, email or address field, then Edit field settings, and select Save field after your changes.
