Less Annoying CRM now offers a Scratchpad widget for notes that are not tied to any contact, company or pipeline. Users had asked for a place to record brainstorms, brain dumps and ideas, and the widget adds one to the Workspace.
Each Scratchpad saves automatically, so there is no save button. Users can name each one and use bold text and bullet lists.
Users can add several Scratchpads, for example one for meeting prep and another for team ideas. To add one, click Customize on the Workspace, choose Add widget, select Scratchpad and click Save.
