ServiceNow launches AI Workflow Factory, now generally available

ServiceNow made AI Workflow Factory generally available worldwide on October 6, 2026, according to Futurum Group. Autonomous Engineer, which does unattended coding to plan, build and test implementation work, is in Early Access on request.

AI Workflow Factory links existing ServiceNow products in one loop. Process Mining finds processes to change, tied to business KPIs. Autonomous Engineer and Build Agent build the changes. App Engine runs them. AI Control Tower governs workflows, decisions and agent actions. Action Fabric extends the same governance to third-party AI agents and tools.

ServiceNow's example is an organization targeting a 20% increase in case deflection. Infosys will integrate both offerings with Infosys Topaz and Infosys Cobalt, and Accenture is adopting them.
