Gladly launched agentic commerce, an AI that sells to and serves shoppers in one conversation. It joins Gladly's agentic service product and replaces separate shopping assistants and support bots on retail sites. Both functions use the same customer record, so the AI can check order history and confirm whether a return qualifies for a free exchange.
At customer Balsam Hill, one in five shoppers who viewed a product in chat added it to their cart in the first 30 days. Resolution rates ranged from 80% to 91%, according to a Gladly case study published Sept. 14. The tool is live in the U.S., U.K. and Australia.
Gladly prices the subscription on outcomes, not seats. It guarantees the AI will beat a brand's current AI on conversion rate, resolution rate and customer satisfaction within 30 days, or the brand pays nothing. There are no implementation fees. A typical launch takes about a week.
