Close now lets users save an email or SMS message as a template while drafting it. Users no longer need to open Settings > Templates & Snippets to create one.
The option covers both channels, email and SMS. A message a user has already written can be saved for later use, so there is no need to retype it on the settings page.
The changelog does not name plan restrictions, permission requirements or a release date. Admins who need to know who can use it should check with Close.
