Capsule CRM has released an official plugin in ChatGPT's plugin directory that connects ChatGPT to a user's Capsule account. Once connected, ChatGPT can search and summarize CRM data and create records in Capsule on request.
Users can ask for contacts matching specific criteria, such as organizations in Denver with an Opportunity lost last year, or customers who have not been contacted in 60 days. ChatGPT can also add Contacts, log notes, and create Opportunities, Projects and Tasks. It can draft emails to prospects after checking the Capsule record for deal status and prior discussions.
Capsule CRM also offers built-in AI features, which the company distinguishes from the plugin.
