Vendasta now sends AI-generated meeting summaries directly to participants' email inboxes once a recorded meeting finishes analysis. Each email includes a complete meeting overview, key action items, and quick links back to the full record, eliminating the need to log in to a separate system to review notes.
The feature targets sales teams tracking client call follow-ups, distributed teams relying on email as a central hub, and anyone managing multi-stakeholder meetings. Invited attendees who could not join can also catch up via the summary email.
The update applies automatically for users who have meeting recording enabled. To activate it, users connect their calendar in Partner Center or Business App under CRM > My Meetings > Meeting settings and turn on automatic recording and transcription. Each summary email includes an unsubscribe link for individual preference control.
