NinjaOne adds Lost Mode to its MDM platform in 13.0 release

NinjaOne has introduced Lost Mode as part of its mobile device management (MDM) platform with the 13.0 release. The feature allows IT teams to instantly lock managed Android, iOS, and iPadOS devices as soon as they are reported missing.

Once activated, Lost Mode provides continuous location updates, giving administrators real-time visibility into a device's whereabouts to improve recovery outcomes. The capability eliminates the need for physical access to a device, enabling technicians to respond immediately from any location.

The update is available now to NinjaOne MDM customers.
