Quote-only, and the range is wide

A factor of four separates the smallest deployments from the largest. That is a steeper volume curve than most of the category publishes, and it means the headline $1.50 figure that appears in marketing describes a customer profile very few buyers match.

If you manage 150 devices, plan on $2.50 to $3.50 and be pleased if you do better. Planning on $1.50 will produce a budget that is wrong by more than double.

Modules are the second half of the bill

The per-device rates above cover base RMM: monitoring, patch management, automation, alerting, reporting. NinjaOne's other products — backup, mobile device management, remote access, PSA — are priced separately.

Backup deserves particular attention because it typically scales with stored data rather than device count. That makes it a usage line that grows independently of your endpoint total, and for an MSP protecting large volumes of client data it can become a significant charge on its own trajectory.
