CompanyHub CRM Pricing Explained (2026)
CompanyHub charges a 40% premium for monthly billing — the widest annual gap in its class — and puts reporting behind the middle tier.

|---|---|---|---|
| Productivity (annual) | $15/user/mo | billed annually — 33% below the monthly rate | Lead management, single deal pipeline, 2-way email sync for one account, appointment booking, bulk mail, email tracking and templates, custom fields, 100+ integrations, website lead capture |

The widest annual discount in its bracket
Most CRMs shave 20% off for an annual commitment. CompanyHub takes off a third, and the resulting spread between its two price columns is the defining feature of this pricing page.
| Tier | Annual | Monthly | Premium for flexibility |
|---|---|---|---|
| Productivity | $15 | $21 | +40% |
| Automation | $24 | $36 | +50% |
| Accelerate | $42 | $64 | +52% |
Read that right-hand column carefully. Paying monthly for Accelerate costs 52% more than committing for a year. On a five-person team that is $1,320 annually — for nothing but the right to leave.
This is a deliberate structure, and it means the answer to "what does CompanyHub cost?" depends more on your willingness to commit than on which features you pick. Teams confident in the product should take the annual term; the discount is among the largest available anywhere in this market. Teams that are not confident are paying a steep premium to stay uncertain, which argues for using the 14-day trial hard rather than hedging with monthly billing.
Productivity is not a sales CRM
The $15 entry tier has two limits that decide the tier question for most buyers before features enter the conversation.
One deal pipeline. Not one per user — one, full stop. Any company selling in more than one motion (different products, inbound versus outbound, new business versus renewals, separate territories) cannot model that on Productivity. This is a structural constraint, not a capacity one, and it catches teams that assumed a pipeline limit meant volume.
No reporting whatsoever. Dashboards, the 20+ standard reports, custom reports and charts all begin at Automation. A solo operator can live without them. Anyone managing other people cannot — you would be running a sales team with no visibility into it, which defeats the purpose of the purchase.
Add the single email account per user, and Productivity reads clearly as a plan for one person with a simple sale. That is a legitimate product, but it is not what most people mean when they price a CRM, and the practical entry point for a team is Automation at $24 annually.
Where Automation earns its place
At $24 per user annually, Automation is competitive with Pipedrive Advanced and Zoho CRM Professional while including things both of those meter more carefully. Multiple pipelines, three email accounts per user, hierarchy-based data visibility, workflow automation, scheduled alerts and bulk actions cover essentially everything a normal B2B sales team does day to day.
For most CompanyHub buyers this is the correct plan and the ceiling worth paying for. The 60% step up from the advertised entry price is real, but $24 remains genuinely good value for the capability.
Accelerate is a different product
The top tier is not simply Automation with higher limits. Quote generation with custom templates, sales orders, inventory management, custom tables and custom apps push CompanyHub past CRM into light order management.
That makes the $42 decision a use-case question rather than a scale question. A distributor or equipment reseller quoting from stock gets a system that would otherwise require a CRM plus a separate quoting tool — comfortably worth $18 a head over Automation. A pure services or SaaS sales team gets almost nothing it will use and should stop at Automation.
The custom tables and custom apps capabilities are the genuine differentiator here: CompanyHub's core pitch has always been that you can reshape the data model without a developer, and Accelerate is where that promise is fully unlocked.
The ceiling on published pricing
CompanyHub applies custom pricing above 10 users. Every rate discussed here describes small teams, and a 25- or 50-seat deployment is a negotiation rather than a checkout.
This is worth knowing before you build a comparison spreadsheet. The published numbers are not a valid basis for evaluating CompanyHub against competitors at mid-market scale, and the direction of the negotiated rate — up or down — is not something the pricing page tells you.
Who should and should not buy this
CompanyHub fits small B2B teams of roughly three to ten who want a CRM whose data model bends to their process rather than the reverse, and who are willing to commit annually to capture the 33% discount. Automation at $24 is the sweet spot, and Accelerate is a strong buy specifically for businesses that quote and fulfil orders.
It fits badly for teams that need month-to-month flexibility, where the 40–52% premium makes it expensive relative to rivals with gentler monthly rates. And the $15 headline should be discounted entirely by anyone with a sales manager, since a tier without reporting cannot be managed.

What the pricing page doesn't show
- Monthly billing costs 40% more than annual, not the usual 20–25%. Productivity is $21 monthly against $15 annually; Accelerate is $64 against $42. Choosing flexibility over commitment is unusually expensive here.
- Productivity allows one deal pipeline. Any business selling more than one way — different products, regions or motions — is pushed to Automation regardless of team size or feature needs.
- All reporting lives at Automation and above. The $15 tier has no dashboards and no reports, which makes it unmanageable for anyone supervising a team rather than working solo.
- Email sync is capped at one account per user on Productivity, rising to three at Automation. Reps working shared or role-based mailboxes will hit that immediately.
- Custom pricing applies above 10 users, so the published rates describe small teams only. Larger deployments are negotiated and the listed numbers stop being a reliable guide.
