Salesforce is acquiring Loops, an Israeli startup that builds AI analytics, to add to Tableau. According to Calcalist, the deal is estimated at about $30 million, though the companies have not disclosed the price.
Loops explains why business metrics change and suggests next steps. Its Scout agent monitors KPIs, flags trends and anomalies, and investigates root causes. Users can receive insights through Slack and email without logging into an analytics platform.
Salesforce plans to integrate Loops' technology and team into Tableau. Founded in 2020, Loops operates in Tel Aviv and the United States. It raised $14 million in a Seed round in 2022.
