A 10-person team pays $1,000 a month for Salesforce Pro Suite, billed annually. That is $100 per user for the first plan with quoting and forecasting. Two things move the bill from there: Pro Suite charges extra for API access, and most teams that need integrations end up on Core at $1,950 a month.

Below are the plan prices with the arithmetic, the extra charges that apply to a ten-person team, and three teams of ten that pay $1,000, $1,950 and $3,200 a month.

Prices are from salesforce.com/sales/pricing, checked on 8 October 2026. They are USD per user per month. The page does not state tax treatment.

The seat price

Plan Price per user per month 10 users per month 10 users per year Billing
Starter Suite $25 $250 $3,000 Monthly or annual
Pro Suite $100 $1,000 $12,000 Annual
Core $195 $1,950 $23,400 Annual
Advanced $395 $3,950 $47,400 Annual
Max $550 $5,500 $66,000 Annual; contact sales

The Free Suite shows $0 on the pricing page. WeekCRM's record of Salesforce's free CRM FAQ says it covers up to 2 users, so it cannot serve ten people.

Starter Suite is the only plan the page lists as monthly or annual. It has the same $25 price either way. Starter does not include the quoting and forecasting that Pro Suite adds, according to the plan list on the page.

The API charge on Pro Suite

Pro Suite lists Web Services API as an additional $25 per user per month. For ten users that is $250 a month on top of the $1,000 seat price:

  • Pro Suite without API: $1,000 a month;
  • Pro Suite with API: $1,000 + $250 = $1,250 a month.

Core costs $1,950 a month and includes APIs with the free Salesforce Foundations add-on, according to the pricing FAQ. The gap between Pro with API and Core is $700 a month for ten users.

The five-flow cap

Pro Suite's feature table limits Flow Builder to "5 flows per org." A team that automates more than five processes cannot finish them on Pro Suite. The page does not show a Flow Builder limit for Core, Advanced or Max, so do not assume they have one. Ask Salesforce to confirm the flow count your process needs.

Add-ons and AI

The add-ons page lists starting prices per user per month:

  • Agentforce for Sales: from $125;
  • Sales Programs: from $100;
  • Revenue Intelligence: from $220;
  • Revenue Cloud: from $200;
  • Partner Relationship Management: from $10 per login per month.

Core includes 500,000 Flex Credits per org per year. Advanced includes 1 million and Max includes 2.75 million. The page says more credits are available for purchase but gives no price for them.

Max includes Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce Coworker in its list. At $5,500 a month for ten users, Max costs $2,300 more than Core with Agentforce for Sales at its starting price ($3,200).

Support

Standard Success Plan is included in all licenses. Premier Success is listed at 30% of net license fees. Pro Suite's feature list also includes Premier Support as an add-on. The page does not give a dollar figure for either.

Three teams of ten

1. Pro Suite for pipeline and quotes: $1,000 a month. Ten reps log deals, send quotes and use forecasts. No integrations. The team stays under five flows per org. Total: 10 × $100 = $1,000 a month, $12,000 a year.

2. Core with integrations: $1,950 a month. Ten reps, two systems connected to the CRM through the API, and more than five automated flows. Core includes APIs with the Foundations add-on and 500,000 Flex Credits per org per year. Total: 10 × $195 = $1,950 a month, $23,400 a year.

3. Core with Agentforce for Sales: $3,200 a month. The same team adds Agentforce for Sales at its $125 starting price. Total: $1,950 + (10 × $125) = $1,950 + $1,250 = $3,200 a month, $38,400 a year. The add-on needs a sales conversation, and the final price may be higher than the starting price.

What the pricing page leaves out

The page does not show implementation costs, an administrator's salary, or a price for extra Flex Credits. Its FAQ says to call for "additional fees," and gives no list of them. Budget these lines from a quote, not from the pricing page.

What to check before you sign

  1. API needs. If any system must connect to Salesforce, price Core ($1,950) or Pro with API ($1,250) before you commit.
  2. Flow count. Count the automations you need. Pro Suite stops at 5 flows per org.
  3. Premier Success. The Core feature list includes Premier Success, and the Success Plans section prices Premier at 30% of net license fees. Ask which applies to your order.
  4. AI add-ons. Agentforce for Sales starts at $125 per user per month. Ask for a quote on your user count and your credit use.
  5. Contract term. The page lists Pro Suite, Core, Advanced and Max as annual. Ask how seats change mid-term before you sign.
