Follow Up Boss released its fall update, adding AI-generated lead summaries, personalized message drafting, and faster note entry on mobile for real estate agents.
Smart summaries produce a recap of a lead's relationship history in about two seconds. For leads connected through Zillow's My Agent program, the recap also includes Zillow activity, such as viewed, saved and shared homes and the price range browsed.
Smart messages now learn an agent's writing style from sent messages and edits. On mobile, agents can dictate notes by voice, and start a note from the quick access menu.
The release also adds click-to-copy for lead contact details on web, beta Bell notifications for failed texts, and multi-video attachments in Android texts.
