BoldDesk adds multi-agent AI orchestration and attachment support

BoldDesk added multi-agent collaboration to its AI automation in the October 2026 release, giving support teams a way to split complex workflows across specialized agents. Through Agent Orchestration, a manager agent delegates tasks to worker agents based on their capabilities and combines their outputs.

The release also adds long-running agents that process extended tasks in the background while users keep working. Response Agent, Background Agent, AI Trigger Orchestration and Email AI Agent now accept inline and external attachments, including documents, invoices, screenshots and images.

AI agents can also generate Markdown, JSON and text files, plus PNG images, inside chat conversations. BoldDesk also introduced an AI Agent for Microsoft Teams, which handles personal chats and configured channels.
