Method CRM has released a patch addressing a navigation issue within its app ribbon interface. The fix resolves a bug where the "Back" and "Save & Back" buttons inside an app ribbon failed to return users to the previously opened screen. The update, tracked as PL-62012, is now live for all Method users.

What it means

If you use Method CRM. The Back and Save & Back buttons in app ribbons should now return you to the screen you opened previously, which they previously failed to do.
What to do. Confirm the ribbon Back and Save & Back buttons return you correctly, and cite patch PL-62012 if you need to log the fix.
