Affinity shipped several AI and privacy updates in October. Admins can now decide what Affinity Notetaker keeps and who receives summary emails and transcripts. Teams can also be restricted from seeing specific emails and meetings.
New Lists adds triggers that require fields when a deal reaches a set status. Users can import a CSV with suggested field mapping and open a record's profile without leaving the list.
Users can ask Claude, ChatGPT and other LLMs to merge duplicates, remove a list entry or fix a note. The LLM only acts with the user's permission. Ascend's Meeting Prep and Data Update agents can also follow firm-specific formatting and field preferences.
