Kesey is a revenue systems practice run by John Serrantino, who has worked inside CRM since 1997. Twenty nine years of it, starting with data entry at thirteen, then customer service, then operations, then helping architect a CRM from nothing and running over a hundred and fifty people on it at the second fastest growing private company in Philadelphia. Six of those years are spent deep inside HubSpot.

The work is revenue systems end to end: CRM architecture, migration, pipeline discipline, lifecycle, and the measurement layer underneath all of it. The first phase produces working assets rather than a document about them, and the engagement stays on to run what it built and to coach whoever inherits it. Portability is a design constraint, not a promise.

The roster is deliberately small, so the person who scopes the work is the person doing it. The fit is founder led and owner operated companies of roughly one to sixty people: cybersecurity and compliance consulting, custom software and IT services, B2B media, licensed behavioral health, small B2B SaaS. The trigger is almost always a record that has stopped being trustworthy. A move off HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or a spreadsheet. A homegrown system that now rests on the one person who understands it. A pipeline number nobody can trace back to where it came from.
