Coevera Pricing Explained (2026)
Coevera, formerly Pipeliner CRM, runs $85 to $150 per user per month on annual terms with a 15-user minimum, and the Business-tier add-ons mean the tier price is not always the whole bill.
| Plan | Price | Billing | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business | $85/user/mo | billed annually, 15-user minimum | 100k API calls per month; Account Health, Duplicate Checker and Automatizer processes cost extra |
| Enterprise | $115/user/mo | billed annually, 15-user minimum | Automatizer with 25 workflow processes (up to 10,000 runs) and 150k API calls per month |
| Unlimited | $150/user/mo | billed annually, 15-user minimum | Automatizer with 100 workflow processes (up to 100,000 runs) and 350k API calls per month |
A rename you should know about
If you are researching Coevera in 2026, the first thing to know is that the product was renamed this year. Existing accounts and data moved over unchanged, so this is a new name on the same CRM rather than a new product.
That matters for comparison more than for evaluation. Older price lists and reviews may carry the earlier name, so check any number you find against the current one. The published ladder, checked on 6 October 2026, is $85, $115 and $150 per user per month, all billed annually.
Annual billing, 15-seat floor
Every price is quoted on annual billing, and every plan has a 15-user minimum. That puts the smallest commitment at $15,300 for a year on Business.
For a team of five, that is a poor fit unless Coevera agrees to an exception, which it says smaller teams can request. For a team of 15 or more evaluating seriously, it is unremarkable; sales tools for complex deals are often sold this way.
The 14-day trial therefore carries a lot of weight. Load real pipeline data, run a real forecast, and make the decision inside the trial.
What the tiers actually separate
| Team size | Business $85 | Enterprise $115 | Unlimited $150 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15 users | $1,275/mo | $1,725/mo | $2,250/mo |
| 25 users | $2,125/mo | $2,875/mo | $3,750/mo |
| 50 users | $4,250/mo | $5,750/mo | $7,500/mo |
Business gives you the CRM with 100k API calls a month. Account Health, Duplicate Checker and Automatizer processes cost extra.
Enterprise is where automation is bundled: 25 Automatizer processes, up to 10,000 runs, and 150k API calls a month.
Unlimited mostly raises ceilings: 100 Automatizer processes, up to 100,000 runs and 350k API calls a month. It is a scale tier, not a different product.
The structural point is that automation is bundled starting at $115/user. If workflow automation is central to why you are buying, price Enterprise and compare it with Business plus paid processes.
The add-ons and caps are the story
On Business, three things are sold separately: Account Health, Duplicate Checker and Automatizer processes. None is peripheral. Account Health and duplicate control are things many teams assume come with a CRM, and automation is a main reason to buy this one.
Coevera does not publish what they cost in what we read, so the number on the price list is a floor. A team that wants the product as it is demonstrated should ask for a bundled quote rather than accepting the list price and adding items later.
Caps matter as well. Automation runs and API calls are limited per plan, so a high-volume workflow can push you up a tier even if you need nothing else from it.
What it is built for
Coevera shows the same deals as Kanban, list, chart, bubble and map views, with account intelligence and organizational charts alongside. Voyager AI drafts emails, summarizes calls and coaches reps, and it shows its reasoning and asks for approval before it acts. The no-code Automatizer builds workflows without IT help.
Coevera quotes 4 weeks to go-live with its migration team and about 2 hours of onboarding per user, and lists 200+ integrations. The integrations page names no apps in what we read, so check your own stack in a demo.
Who should buy it
B2B sales teams of 15 to 2,500 sellers with a defined sales process and long, multi-stakeholder deals. Coevera names manufacturing, financial services, insurance, software, professional services, energy and mining as its strongest industries.
It suits badly any team under 15 users, and anyone who wants a simple deal tracker. Verify current rates at coevera.com before budgeting, and ask which Business add-ons you need, since they change the real per-user cost.
What the pricing page doesn't show
- Account Health, Duplicate Checker and extra Automatizer processes are paid add-ons on Business. Work out which of them you need before you compare tiers, because they change the real per-user cost.
- Automatizer is capped by process count and run volume: 25 processes and up to 10,000 runs on Enterprise, 100 processes and up to 100,000 runs on Unlimited. Teams automating broadly hit the ceiling and move up a tier.
- API calls are capped too: 100k per month on Business, 150k on Enterprise, 350k on Unlimited. High-volume integrations can push you to a higher tier.
- Every price is quoted on annual billing with a 15-user minimum, so the smallest commitment is $15,300 a year on Business, $20,700 on Enterprise and $27,000 on Unlimited.
- The 15-user minimum applies to all three plans. Coevera says smaller teams can ask for an exception, so if you are under 15 seats, ask before you rule it out.
