HighLevel rewrote the guidance in the View required fixes modal for rejected A2P campaigns. The modal now matches how each campaign was registered. Campaigns set up through Chat Widget (Quick Setup) and Manual Setup get separate guidance for the most common rejection reasons, because the fix sits in a different place for each.
Each reason now explains in plain language what happened, then lists the specific actions to take. For privacy policy verification, the steps include the exact statement carriers require. For a business type mismatch, the modal states what must change before resubmitting.
Some rejections come from content the platform generates, such as the chat widget's consent wording. HighLevel now flags these and points users to support, so they do not spend a resubmission on a fix they cannot make. Previously, Chat Widget users were often asked to fix fields or consent wording they never wrote.
