Method CRM turned on Build mode in Method AI's Action Editor by default for all accounts in its October 5, 2026 release. Method AI can now also set a screen-level Grid View as the default view.
The update adds audit trail records for every QuickBooks and Xero disconnect or permission change. Method AI's error handling now shows a plain-language message instead of a raw error.
Method CRM fixed several Method AI issues, including edits to the wrong action step after a nested If or Loop, and failures when adding steps that declare and use a new action result together. Other fixes cover Xero invoice sync conflicts not resolving with Refetch from Xero, a numeric Text Area column crashing the Editable Grid, toggle switches not responding to the Enter key, and missing rate limits on resent invitations for single-entity accounts.
