Method CRM released a set of fixes and a minor enhancement on July 8, 2026. The update resolves a payment gateway bug where transaction history displayed payments from other entities in multi-entity accounts. A calendar issue that caused duplicate resource names to appear in the resource list has also been corrected.
On the email side, reconnecting a Microsoft sender will no longer disconnect other senders' accounts. In the Action Editor, the company added a Display option for editable grid dropdown columns within condition and filter builders and fixed a validation bug that allowed blank required fields to be saved.
